One of my achievement is as soon I graduated from my studies, I have been appointed as a permanent lecturer in my university which was a prestigious place for me. Being a faculty memberin my own university was very overwhelmed. My another achievement is my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded knowledge set regarding human resource management and marketing. I am author of few research papers which also have been presented nationally and internationally. My achievements also includes that my thesis research paper entitled as “Does students’ entrepreneurial intention depend upon their psychographic characteristics? was selected in Thomas Index Journal and I got the opportunity to present my paper in international forum in Seville, Spain. Moreover, I have also exhibit my clothing line on a medium scale and sell it internationally to Middle east market.

I have done bi majors MBA in the field of Human Resource Management and Marketing.
With more than 3.5 years’ of experience as a permanent and visiting faculty in different universities of Karachi, I use to teach different business studies and management courses like HRM, marketing, Business management, career exploring management, principles of management etc. along with have organized many indoor and outdoor projects with students.

I am adept in writing research on different issues like the development of personal skills, entrepreneurship, and HRM along with teaching business courses, and research projects, and assisting master-level thesis students as their supervisor.

I also have an experience as a HR Executive in which responsibilities include HRM Planning and it also includes organizing training sessions and orientation programs.
